Is Shipping really free? and what is white glove?

No Hidden fees! Shipping is on us, our white glove delivery service will bring your new luxury mattress and pillow into your home, unpackage it, and set it up on your bed frame.

Do you really get 100 nights??

We trust you'll like our luxury mattress so much that we will give you 100 days to try it! If you don't like it we will stand behind our product and your purchase. We want to make sure your getting the best night sleep you can and will take back our bedding at no charge.

How easy are returns?

Returns are free, easy, hassle free If our Nature's Rest mattress doesn't help you sleep better in 100 days we will arrange to pick the mattress up from your home and donate it to someone in need! You will get a credit for the full amount on your original form of payment.

Choosing firmness and ordering

Should I pick Firm or Soft?

This is an age old question and we have an easy way of solving it.


  • If you prefer a bed with a solid feel that you will sleep ON choose Firm
  • If you prefer a bed with a hugging feel that you will sleep IN choose Soft!
  • Why have two different mattress Firmnesses?

    A mattress is a personal choice and one you will use everyday! It should be made to fit your needs, and if you ask anyone they either love Firm or love a Soft mattress.

    When will I be charged?

    Just like buying shoes online, we charge your card when the product ships.

    Do I need a boxspring?

    There are three types of bases your new mattress needs support from.


  • Slatted Base - If you have this on your bed frame you do NOT need a box spring
  • Platform Base - If you have this as your bed frame you do NOT need a box spring
  • Nothing? - In order for your luxury mattress to have proper support you will then NEED a box spring!
  • How does shipping and delivery work?

    How does a full size mattress ship to someones house?

    We package your mattress in heavy cardboard so there is no damages during shipment! we do understand things happen and if there is a damage we will replace every piece. Our delivery team will then set the mattress up for you in a room of your choice.

    How long is Mattress shipping? How long is pillow shipping?

    Shipping typically takes 2 weeks because unlike other bedding companies we build every bed to order and don't store them in a warehouse where imperfections can happen. Pillows will ship next day and arrive in 3-5 business days.

    How do I pay for shipping?

    You don't! we take care of everything once you purchase your new sleep set.

    What if i need to change my address after I place my order

    Easy! call us and we will re-route the shipment with no hidden fees

    Mattress accessory and lifespan

    Does my bed have a break in period

    Yes your bed will take up to 6 weeks to break in and get to its true feel. Think of it like buying a brand new pair of shoes, they don't feel the same after a month!

    Do i need deep pocketed sheets?

    No your Nature's Rest latex mattress will fit into most normal sized sheets.

    Is there a weight limit on my new bed?

    Your Nature's Rest mattress can hold up to 800 lbs.

    Can I use a mattress protector with my mattress

    Yes! and we encourage it.

    Is my Nature's Rest bed compatible with an adjustable base?

    Yes! Your new bed will work perfectly with an adjustable base.

  • TwinXL - 39"W x 90"L
  • Full - 54"W x 75"L
  • Queen - 60"W x 80"L
  • King - 76"W x 80"L
  • Cal King - 72"W x 84"L
  • What is the difference between King and California King?

    A California King is four inches narrower (width) and four inches longer (length) than a King.

    Exchanges, Warranty, and Returns

    Can I exchange my mattress for a different feel?

    Yes, you can exchange your Nature's Rest mattress one time during the 100 Night Trial, if you want to try a different feel. Call us (888-572-6142) and we’ll help you with the process of exchanging. After the one-time exchange, within the 100 Night Trial, if you’re still not happy, we will refund your money. .

    How do I return my mattress

    If you are unhappy with your Nature's Rest mattress call us! we will be happy to set up a return for your mattress. Our delivery service will schedule a pick up time with you and take it away free of charge. Once they have it we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment

    How do I return a pillow?

    Give us a call and we can help with initiating a return or exchange. Return shipping for pillows is the responsibility of the customer. We can provide a return shipping quote or provide you with the return address for you to coordinate the return shipment.

    How long is my warranty?

    We offer a 10 year limited warranty

    Does the warranty cover a defective mattress

    Yes! if there is a defect in the mattress call us, our team will require some simple cell phone photos to see the problem.
